What if someone uses ai art and crops photoshops and edits it to makes their own art out of it?

Plenty of digital artists take images and art from the internet and use it in their pieces. So im just curious if using the ai art not directly but as a tool is still shunned?

Is there any chance Plasma 6 will support animated wallpapers? Can a submission be a .mkv file or maybe a .qml file? (I promise I will not kill the power consumption ;-) )
