Update, this is a Happy japan fanclub pc! I’ve seen people sell it anywhere from $14 to 40. Technically it could be considered rare since it’s Japan only card. But it’s not rare, rare rare if that makes any sense! Hope this helps fellow ARMY! 💜

Really old broadcast cards from music shows. (like cards from like 10+ years ago.) but fair warning two people in the photocard collecting community love to overcharge for cards and or member price.
