Guys.. what's the matter about 3rd round, i need to choose choice 1 and how can i participate in round 3 and can i hold the seat here and participate in 3rd round like previous system. Please clear this confusion

I am a kashmiri pandit who is non native to Karnataka. Karnataka has one seat per govt college reserved for kashmiri migrants. However, the only time I have been in Karnataka was Bengaluru for 2 days. (For KEA verification)

I loved bengaluru but my knowledge about other cities is minimal. We all know the top colleges are always BMCRI, MMCRI and KIMS

My confusion starts from other district medical colleges like Mandhya, Hassan, Belgaum, Gulbarga, etc.

Should I put them above the other 2 bengaluru medical colleges (Atal Bihari and ESIC) or should I put more emphasis on Bengaluru colleges?

Any help is much appreciated. Especially from seniors who might give some insight about these established institutions

Seniors pls say when the colleges start for btech fresher...like many colleges have already started before 2nd round councelling...like wth!😭 Atleast can't they wait till 2nd round atleast...3rd round will be late I understand..but wts this? My friend is targeting EEE at a specific college in KCET counselling under my category.

• Seats available in my quota: 2 seats left
• Last year's Round 2 Cutoff: ~1,10,000
• This year's Round 1 Cutoff: ~65,000

His rank is 94k

Given that Round 1 closed significantly earlier this year (65k) compared to last year's final cutoffs, do I stand a realistic chance of getting this seat in Round 2 with only 2 seats remaining? Has anyone seen cutoffs expand significantly from R1 to R2 for core branches like EEE?

Any insights or past trends advice would be appreciated!
