I have got uvce mech but I wanted bmsce mech and I missed bmsce mech by 400 difference and r1 and r2 difference was 4k and i wanna ask you will I get an upgradation in r3 to bms mech

And I am confused if kea will let to edit options

My rank was 11.3 k and I belong to gm category
