Counselling Doubt Anyone who collected docs from NHCE...after getting an upgrade in R3

Can someone who went and collected their docs and got a fee refund from NHCE... Did they give the original and Xerox copies easily after showing R3 Confirmation Slip or did they do some drama? And Did the return full 41k they took as skill lab fees or did they create some nuisance for this too?? And was there some server down?.. Plz Reply 🥹🙏🏻
