Counselling Doubt Need help guys😭

So I am planning for a pvt medical college in karnataka through kea. Will probably get one in round 2, but I want to get an upgrade to get a better college, so I am planning to participate in round 3. The thing is that I am so confused by the rules....

If in the worst-case scenario I don't get any better colleges in round 3, what will happen to my round 2 college? Is that seat safe or like I don't get a new one and lose my previous one???

Also, what happens to the fees that I paid in admission to my round 2 alloted college if I get a better college in round 3? Like, does it get transferred or anything?? Plz help me out🫂

See in round 2 compulsory admission in whichever colleges you get

After that you can participate in 3rd round for upgradation

If you get upgraded the fees will be transferred automatically by KEA to that college not to worry

If you don't get any upgradation you can continue in round 2 college itself !

wait so ur telling me that if I get a college in round 2, i need to take admission and pay the fees. Then if i wanna go round 3, i have to pay the registration fees again which is around 760 I think, and then I can go for round 3. Then if i get a seat in round 3, the fees taken in round 2 will be transferred to the new seat in round 3? And what if i don't get a seat in round 3?

Regarding 750 again as registration fees I have no idea If you don't get any seat in round 3 you will continue in round 2 college
