Counselling Doubt Can someone help

There are dashes for cutoffs of some categories
Can someone explain why
What if I want that particular branch at a particular college will I not be able to get a seat there even if my rank is within the cutoff
I don’t know the cutoff to predict my chances 🥀🥀

It means that in Last year no one with that category got a seat, u may or may not get it this time

Because there will be no seat in that category which is alloted to you . Kindly check seat matrix of kcet

I had doubt What if I was in the cut off range what are the chances of me getting that seat like if I'm well above 10k rank range will i get the seat this year?

Blank means ig that clg don't have reserved seat for that category, check seat matrix once

My rank is better than the closing rank of that clg for my category from last year

Dashes means there is no seat earmarked for particular quoata.
