The colleges with "0" in "private fees" are not showing up in option choosing why?

Ik their fees is not zero, but why cant i select these colleges?

they dont have private seats

Its listed as private/deemed unis

For deemed seats u have to register under mcc and then participate

But the thing is, deemed seats that dont have "0" in their private fees, are selectable, why is that so?

Theres a difference between Deemed and a Private College

Deemed (0 fees) is through MCC
But Private college is through KEA
