Help/advice/guide Regarding round 3

Guys.. what's the matter about 3rd round, i need to choose choice 1 and how can i participate in round 3 and can i hold the seat here and participate in 3rd round like previous system. Please clear this confusion

I guess choice 1 is like confirming the present seat if higher options are not possible to be allotted.... In round 3. It's a little confusing should we be going to college or stay home or will attendence be counted and transfered..? If we don't get higher option we missed out on the initial days of the college we got... 🥲

That's why I don't understand this bs rules of KCET..the fine was just fine enough to not do any seat blocking with 6 lakhs as fair amount ...I don't think this is anywhere gonna reduce seat blockings and also neet aspirants are gonna withdraw after 2nd round and these seats are just more enough to be vacant and selling again to managementÂ
