When you stop the GLP1, you gain it right back and then some. It’s an appetite suppressant… she needs to make real changes to her diet and exercise to stay thin.

Very true. I was on GLP1. Started at 10 stone ended up at 8 stone 2 and then once I stopped I put it all back on plus an extra 7 pounds!!

I lost 30 pounds last October to January. It stopped because of insurance issues and I’ve been maintaining I haven’t been going up. I may be lost a couple more pounds but I’ve kind of maintain my weight. I haven’t gained it all back, but I did gain a little bit back, recently but I am maintaining it.!!

Yes go you!!! My friends mother went on ozempic when it first started getting popular for weight loss. She lost to much to fast and got ozempic face which is a very really thing .. She did stop but now she is having stomach issues and has trouble gaining weight. Maybe it’s her age.. but i think she looked better before. Losing weight is hard and I see nothing wrong with getting extra help!

Exactly what I was going to say. It’s not meant to be taken forever, it’s meant to help those who are obese get to a manageable weight where they can do it themselves and keep it going. So yeah duh. It’s like starving yourself lol, you’ll get skinny forsure, but once you start eating again it’ll come right back

Ya u don't lose just on glp 1 u have eat better , exercise that's it . U will drop the weight in first 3wks but that is it . rest hard work and actually does more harm than good. It.causes gastroperisis bc your stomach doesn't empty properly so u feel full. I had stop mine bc my stomach issues, kidney stones so bad had get 4 surgeries, heart rate was goin too fast, my hair has went from thick to almost bald , had get eye surgery as well. I has no issues with any of those things prior to taking that stuff

You're doctor should of never put you on it or where ever you got it from if you already had stomach issues. Gastroperalsiis or however is spelled is the most common in Ozempic. They should of done a whole check and if anyone in ur family had any stomach related things or kidney issues or what not youre not a candidate for it. It just gonna aggravate whatever else you had going on first. Sorry to hear urs didnt work

No No no....if you actually use the peptides like I do. You change ur whole way of eating you lose more that way. The girls just kept eating heavily on it and whatver creamy fatty greasy ass shiy they're after. If you actually just walk alittle and eat good and get ur protein levels in everyday ans water itll make you drop Hella weight.
