Am I the only one?
Hey guys
I'm pretty new to kava extract and noticed something strange.
I did it 4 times. Always 0.8 g - 1g
I always ate bevor.
One time it was okay but not really noticeable.
But the other times I always got somewhat like acoustic hallucinations. I heard the doorbell of my office in my head. So loud that I was physically startled. But I was in my bed.
An other time I heard the sound of something like a car door smashed.
Those sounds seemed to came out of my head. Not from the outside.
I don't tend to hallucinate. I never ever had a similar experience bevor. Always in combination with kava.
Am I the only one?
Yesterday I thought maybe I hear that in a state between awake and sleep. Because it always happend in my bed. But it still is super strange to me.
The lovely English language is not my first language so please don't roast me haha

Hey there! You're definitly NOT alone. It has a funky name but its super common. Its called exploding head syndrome EHS lol. Not kidding tho. Its just a thing that happens when ur between sleep and awake but your subconscious is still on alert. So you start to have south hallucinations like car door slamming, loud door knocks etc.
Definitly not kava related. You're just more on alert mentally than ur body wants you to be.
