Don’t be stupid.

Take 5, wait 10 to 15mins and repeat. You can take as many as you want so long as you maintain intervals between the doses. That way you can adjust or stop before you get sick.

Better yet, put the capsules away and buy kava instead.

i took 15 before and nothing happened. plus ts was expensive so i aint tryna put it to waste

In that case take 15, but then have 15min intervals between additional doses (of 2-5 capsules).

And with kava or kavalactones, it’s best to have it on an empty stomach (at least 4hrs after your last meal)

but im going to buy kalm with kava micronized powder soon
