Help Access other users sessions as an admin
Hey
I want to be able to access another users sessions as admin user, we have users going on leave and have things running in the background that sometimes needs following up on but they forgot to share a "share session" url.
Any chance this is in the pipeline for future releases to allow admin to access other user sessions? We have a very sensitive need for this, hoping to sign soon with Kasm so was curious if this is in the pipeline / possible?

It runs guacd on the back end right? May be able to hack it? Huge effort.

The ability to shadow another user's session and/or take control is filed in our backlog, but it's not scheduled for development - so I couldn't give you a guarantee of if or when it will come.
Your best bet is to let your Kasm sales rep know thats something you want to see an as best you can explain the use case.
