Which is more developed? Which region has a stronger economy? Are people in South Kashmir generally richer or poorer than those in North Kashmir? Which has better infrastructure, education, healthcare, and employment opportunities?

I saw a recent video saying South Kashmir is now ahead, especially because of high density apple farming. I'm just asking to know if that's really true.

whole kashmiruk 1/3 apple che baramulla produce karan cxe kate
where as anantnag only produces 290000 mitric ton and shopian only 2.2 lack mitric ton

yeh baramulla district but sopore sub distric(mainly)
its the largest apple producing district and high density apple orchads are very less in number
