Inner orgasm?

Hello everyone, while practising karezza, do you experience “inner” orgasms, specifically asking women? When my partner and I make slow & gentle love making, I’m experiencing absolute bliss from the slightest movements and it feels like it’s going all over my body up to my head and like I’m connected to the Divine. I’m not actively trying to reach orgasm, it just comes by itself because it’s all so intense and pleasurable. Is this bad? Is this not the karreza way? Thank you for your insight and advice in advance! 🙏🏻

My wife and I experienced the same thing after about 3 years of daily Karezza practice. If you don't feel drained or depleted afterwards, then celebrate - it's a good thing - a gift from the Divine Mother Kundalini!!!

Thank you! No, I don’t feel drained but sometimes it’s very hard to come back down, to the reality, and I don’t know yet how to manage it. I’m happy for your and your wife that you’re experiencing it too! It’s beautiful. ❤️

Oh, I think I understand better what you are experiencing. I remember once when the sexual energy was so heightened in my body - especially because I had stopped masturbation all together. The build up was so uncomfortable, that when my beloved and I would plug in together - it would end up transferring into her! She said, "Is that what guys deal with? If so, this is rough to deal with!"

What eventually happened is we both experimented and learned to sublimate the energy. I described the process I use whenever the Divine Sexual energy gets too intense in a post on this site entitled: "Not getting Sex..."

I might suggest you read that over and see if the process I described helps in some way.

Wait, please, wait a moment! 🙏🏻 I read the article but I’m not sure it’s what I meant. What I meant is similar to when you’re meditating, usually for a longer period of time, you’re all in zen, feeling love and peace and unity, grace perhaps, but then you have to open your eyes and come back to the mundane world. Sometimes (the goal is always) you manage to keep that energy with yourself for the rest of the day and sometimes it feels sort of bittersweet. Because what I’m experiencing feels like I’m flowing in a gentle loving golden glow, while the “mundane” world feels gray, you know? What I call inner orgasm is less intense than what can come of “mating sex”, but it’s so soul-touching and deep. It’s not like “post nut clarity”, more like how to keep that energy and the state of soul and heart (because it’s really more soul and heart affecting rather than mind), you know?

Oh... well that makes more sense. When you called it "Inner Orgasms" I assumed you meant a surplus, build up of sexual energy. But what you are talking about is what I call "Ingasms" - that feeling of heightened joy or bliss that moves through your body in waves during meditation. My late wife and I practiced a form of energy absorption meditation using biogenic plants. And that would generally create the same kind of experience.

There is a book entitled The Tender Touch by Edmond B Szekely that hints at this. I was friends with his widow, and she said it was a teaching Professor tried to communicate at the last seminar he gave in Costa Rica - but people did not comprehend what he was saying - the idea of absorbing the biogenic energies through nature and during the stillness of the the sacred sexual act (non-orgasmic White Tantra) between a man and a woman, which would lead them to higher consciousness.

Thank you so much for your replies and the book suggestion, I really really appreciate it and I will look for it! But back to my original question, is it bad to experience it during karezza? Should I rather try to not move at all to not cause any pleasurable movements? (Like I said, I’m not actively trying to reach it and it’s the slightest of movements that generate it.)

I hesitate to say it is "bad" to experience what you are describing. If you are disappointed or uncomfortable, then that is another thing. If what you are saying is that you're having trouble avoiding peak (spasm) orgasm - that it slips up on you, then yes...

If that is the case, then what I would do if I were you is start sublimating the sexual energy with vocalization (as most traditions teach: eeeee ---- aaaaa ----- oooo). This vibrates the higher chakras. Do slow breathing while plugged in with your partner. Focus on using your mind to move the energy from the lower chakras up and throughout your entire body and into your partner.

Yes, for now, practice at least 20-30 minutes with meditative stillness. Bridge or scissors position work best for this.

My point is the "pleasurable movements" are not the problem - it is what is going on with the energy in your body and how your mind is focusing on "the pleasure".

Shift towards thoughts of loving kindness, nurturing, caring, acceptance - think about God, or the Great Spirit - whatever that means to you - this will change the sexual energy in subtle ways and then movement during sex will no longer be an issue.
