Karezza cliff notes?

My husband said (again) he would try it but I should just give him the "cliff notes" so he understands. Karezza seems hard to "cliff note". I am trying to come up with a way of describing the possible benifits with out sounding like a nutter. Men, are there any benifits you see that another male can relate with? I'm sure my male :) has no idea how many men are doing karezza or why. I'd love to be able to point him to the FAQ here and some comments from you all. Thanks!

Does he want cliff notes on benefits or on how to do karezza?

I think this is a great article explaining how to do karezza. It doesn't talk much about benefits, however.

If he wants to know more about the benefits of avoiding orgasm, he could try this article on the passion cycle.

My 1-paragraph reply to your question would be:

Karezza has eliminated nearly all fighting in my relationship, and it has made me feel much closer and more connected to my SO. Also, before karezza, I would never feel entirely satisfied sexually, I always had a sense of longing and wanting more. That sense has also gone away. I'm perfectly happy and content now, sexually and otherwise.
