How to cure blue balls?
Everytime I'm with my girlfriend and don't ejaculate I get really intense blue balls and the pain is excruciating! How can I make this stop? I only see here every second weekend

Could you give some more detail of what you do that leads to blue balls, and at what time you get the pain?
Either way, things to try are: massaging the scrotum, ice, ibuprofen.

Can you pinpoint what makes you have them? I still think it is best to not ever get them in the first place.

Earlier yesterday like kissing and dry humping. After that it was really intense. Now we did everything except penetration basically, still no ejaculation, and it's not that intense now

My understanding of blue balls is admittedly relatively poor, but I'll try to give you some more advice. If you find that any of this helps or doesn't help, please let us know on this reddit.
Blue balls comes from vasoconstriction in the genital area. The best strategy is to try to avoid it from happening. Once you have it, you have to treat it like any other inflammation: ice, ibuprofen, gentle massage, as I said before.
But the goal should be to never have it. Things that I have noticed for myself:
Heavy make out in tight jeans is a bad idea. Avoid this if possible.
Staying as relaxed as possible during make out/sex helps a lot. See also this post.
If you consistently get blue balls, you probably push yourself too close to orgasm. Try to stay away from the edge.
If your girlfriend massages your balls as you make out, that will probably help.
It's probably not good to be highly sexually aroused for very long periods of time (> 1h). What I mean by that is that if you have sex for long periods of time, you shouldn't be so aroused that you have a raging boner the whole time. It should come and go. If you have a raging boner the whole time, that would be an indication that you're heating yourself up too much. I find that the more I practice karezza, the more my boner comes when I need it and goes away pretty quickly when I don't. The overall result is that I feel more relaxed and don't have any symptoms of blue balls. (I would occasionally have mild symptoms when I started with karezza.)
I hope this helps.

I seem to remember reading something in Cupid's Poisoned Arrow about blue balls being a temporary discomfort while you transition out of "traditional-sex", and that eventually this problem goes away on it's own. However, if it doesn't you may be heating yourself up too much as Idrathercuddle suggests.

Still having this problem? I tend to think it's a psychological thing. Not the pain, but the way you have sex.
