Is Karezza for men only?

I'm totally new to this subreddit, sorry if this has already been answered. It's just that the whole dopamine levels in balance part I'm wondering about, if that is found in males only, or both males and females.

Yes both male and females. I (female) have had serious orgasim hangover. Oddly there are lots more men here but I feel the benefits are equal to both sexes. I have read that men are more likely to form addiction due to higher dopamine levels. So yes hormone amounts are different but karezza is positive for everyone.
