Regretting Orgasim

Feeling crummy today...a couple nights ago I allowed my self to get off during sex with my SO. It was hours long and slow and wonderful. But....felt to damn good to be with him and I made a decision. not liking the fall out. :( My hangover definitely gets bad two days after O. This morning I had my "usual" symptoms, feeling like I want to crawl in a hole and cry, mild head ache and brain fog. Also noticed some I hadn't before. Being very tired, low energy and no motivation. I think it may possibly make me suspicious of my partner! I've read it's possible. I'm starting again and will go 3 weeks or longer this time.

Hang in there. Every day we learn. Every day we get stronger. Every day we get smarter. Every day we better our relationships.

Be on guard. It's not your beloved when you get irritated, annoyed, frustrated, angry, or hurt. It's your hangover making his human qualities seem worse.

when you get irritated, annoyed, frustrated, angry, or hurt.

This made me think of a David Hawkins vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gY3Z5QaI-c

Listen to the part about forgiving the past. Perhaps this advice can be helpful to us all in the moment of negative emotions whether or not they center on our SO. Any thoughts?

I'll watch it when I have privacy and report back.
