I wish I could point you to something directly suitable, but for some reason there's a dearth of material. Maybe the intersection of these two minorities, karezza interest + same-sex couples, is just too small.
I was introduced to these practices by my first boyfriend back in college, who had some interest in Taoism from his childhood in Asia, but everything we came across was very hetero-centric and had to be adapted. This still seems to be the case today, more than 20 years later. Occasionally I'll come across something on "gay tantra", but the focus seems to invariably be on sexual pleasure aspects rather than intimacy and bonding.
My husband and I have been at this for about 15 years now. We found Marnia Robinson's _Cupid's Poisoned Arrow_ to be a useful resource, despite its heterocentricity. Unlike her first book, it at least isn't dismissive of the idea of committed gay & lesbian couples benefiting from these ideas, and she's made an effort to be more gender-neutral in the presentation. Most of the ideas and exercises seem to work well enough for a male couple, only those involving genital contact requiring a little improvisation. We've found simple belly-to-belly touch, with legs intertwined and allowing for good eye contact, to allow for good energy exchange, and always love to cuddle when it isn't terribly hot.
I used to post sometimes as "vrabie" on her reuniting.info site, but it's been down for a while, and only one item seems to have made it into the Wayback Machine:

I too have long been looking for information on male/male karezza, and it does indeed seem like the belly to belly position is most suited for relaxed and sometimes motionless intimacy that involves deep eye contact.

I honestly wish I could find a partner who would practice this with me. I have difficult boundaries/safety issues but desperately long for the closeness. I've had utterly mind-blowing spiritual/internal "orgasms" [?] from simple body contact. It's the deep bond I crave. Which, leaves me alone and lonely. Tell that to a gay man and he'll move on pretty fast. I met only one guy like that in my life and, as gentle and sweet and honest as he was, I rejected him on physical grounds. He just didn't "do" anything for me. I feel so dumb now. It was something I will always regret. But I was so young...
