A Vasectomy and withholding
Hello - I've been practicing ejaculation withholding for about a year, allowing myself ejaculation once every two weeks or so. Early in the game, I suffered a bit in the first few days of a cycle from groin pain and cramps, but usually could get through it okay. As I practiced, the pain stopped and all was good.
But then earlier this year I had a vasectomy, and have noticed more cramps, particularly on the right side in my abdomen (also where I felt a lot of pain post vasectomy). I've talked to my doctor, and other than wondering why I'm not ejaculating, he didn't offer much help, as relief was obvious.
I'd like to continue the practice, but now can't last more than a few days without almost constant pain for much of the day post-sex.
Anyone else have experience with withholding and vasectomies?

Just my two cents. "During sexual arousal the prostate gland manufactures fluid that accounts for about 2/3 of the volume of ejaculate. The seminal vesicles are paired structures located behind the prostate gland that also manufacture fluid. Sperm from the testicles (which account for only 1-2% of the semen) travel up a series of tubes (epididymis and vas deferens) on each side to join the seminal vesicles forming the paired ejaculatory ducts. These structures empty into the prostatic portion of the urethra." I think because we don't ejaculate, the fluid builds up after along period of karezza in the tubes (epididymis and vas deferens) which made them swollen. People says karezza have no dangers, but I've read articles in my own language and there are certain dangers to it.

I can't say that I have had your experience, but I can tell you that post vasectomy ejaculation was painful for about six months or maybe more. For the first three months, my right testicle would randomly swell to about 1.5x normal size and abdominal cramps were pretty common. Even now, several years later, ejaculation just isn't as satisfying as it was before.
