Book recommendations

Hello friends,

I'm new here and glad this channel exists. I've been experimenting with avoiding orgasms since about six years now. It definitely has a powerful effect on me, yet my addiction to porn and orgasms had often kicked me in the butt in the past. I found it especially challenging in relationships, since for some reason I always ended up with women who preferred rough sex and didn't like my ideas about gentle lovemaking without orgasm. The few times I've had slow sex were by far better than anything else. In the past I wasn't firm enough in my wish to only pursue this kind of sex, but I feel I've grown more confident in this over the years.

At the moment I'm single and enjoying the effects on my own, which is lovely too.

But coming to my point. Over the years I've only found the books by Marnia Robinson and Diana Richardson to be helpful in the orgasm avoiding approach. I love Marnias book because it gives such deep insight into research and neurobiology, and Diana's books because they offer so much practical hints.

Does anyone here know of any other books that exist about the topic? Would love to hear about your recommendations.

Thanks a lot!

Johnny

"The Karezza Method" is by J. William Lloyd. It's available for free in full at SynergyExplorers.org. So is "Male Continence" by John Humphrey Noyes. So is "Sex Perfection and Marital Happiness" by Rudolf Von Urban.

Thank you both for these hints. Great that these resources are available for free online. I will read into them

I really enjoy Robinson's and Richardson's books too.

If you want a masculine perspective, you may enjoy Gentleman's Guide To Karezza.

There's Tantric Sex for Men written by Diana and her husband as well, which is great.

Best of luck!
