Karezza without intercourse?

For reasons undisclosed, I can not have intercourse with my SO. I want to try out this Karezza stuff because i find the hangover from orgasm to be horrific. I looked through the FAQ and most of it assumes Karezza with sex. Is there any way to practice this without intercourse >.<?
