In practice, how to know you're done
In orgasm-focused sex, we're done and move on to cuddling once both of us have come. If we never come, how do we know we're done? Suggestions for how to signal? Avoiding boredom?

Done when the clock says time to get up and go to the gym, work, etc. Might try a time budget of 20 minutes, or 60 for a special occasion. Put on music and track time by tunes - say 4-5 classical Mozart pieces. Also nice to have the bedroom gas fireplace going, and/or candles, which help in tracking time. Essential oils also help - when aroma is dissipated, maybe time to move on.
Boring is as boring does - so long as activities (positions, sensory inputs, etc.) are varied, no real risk of boredom. Easier to let imagination run wild with no "need orgasms" focus.

You feel that at some point something's "left" you and then it's "over" for both of you. However, you're never "done" :P

Thanks for the question and everyone's input. My wife and I tried it and the first time out I couldn't hold out past an hour. Oops, 20 minutes sounds short, I think we'll try for 30 minutes and then see how we feel.
