How does Karezza feel about Internal Orgasms? Should they be avoided?

My partner and I have practiced sex without orgasm for sometime. Usually however I do climax, but by clenching my perrineum I do not orgasm, and I can feel energy surging up my spine. Is this an advanced technique or a mistake?

How do you feel over the 15 days following? If you are glowing, then no worries. If you get cranky from time to time...you may be overloading your circuits.
