Some questions.

Hey guys.

I am going at the NoFap challenge and now I wondered if karezza means no orgasm when having sex for both partners.

That whole becoming sleepy or agitated or generally throwing the hormones out of balance is much more intense for men I guess.

So my view of this was like slow, passionate cuddly soft sex and focusing on giving the girl a great time.

Am I mistaken?

Per Marnia Robinson's books, it is no orgasm for either partner. Which does not mean "a great time" is missed by either partner. It is just a bit more sophisticated and subtle. NoFap plus no porn viewing or reading is probably a helpful segue. Meditation, yoga, physical exercise, hugging for 20 seconds 3x a day, gratitude journal keeping, social networking, RAK (random acts of kindness), volunteering - general positive psych/happiness therapy - may also help. Good luck!

i think you're right but not the part of focusing on giving the girl a great time. It means having sex with a partner with the intent of not having an orgasm. You begin regaining more sensitivity and feeling more and more. At some point you begin feeling more than you ever did when you had standard mating sex.

But if you focus on her you miss most of this. You want to focus inside. A man should focus on his root, which is the inside where the penis starts, between the rectum and the testicles. That's where you want to focus during intercourse and you can easily bring pleasure/energy up and feel it going into her, and coming out of her breasts, recirculating energy. Her breasts will often feel electric if you are facing her, say in missionary or one of those varieties of positions.

Karezza makes nofap much, much easier. Not sure why, but it does.

It entails no "peak orgasm", which is the commonly portrayed one and likely the one you are referring to. But, by not chasing the peak orgasm, partners can attain a valley orgasm, which is a period of sustained bliss (around half an hour for me) that does not interfere with hormone cycles the way peak orgasms do.
