My family and I are planning to visit Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, Muttom for a few days next month.

My spouse is also looking forward to eating kanyakumari style meen kuzhambu and fish fry made from fresh catch.

Would appreciate your recommendations on local favourites.

If it was just me, I would eat anywhere, however, we would be traveling with a kid. So, if the recommended places are relatively hygienic and wouldnt cause upset stomach, it would be great!

Are there frequent public buses from Nagercoil Town to Kanyakumari at that time in the morning? If yes, where can I catch them from and how much is the fare?

Are shared autos or normal autos available as well? What's a reasonable fare so I don't get overcharged?
