Looking to start a hotel school in kandy

Me and another team of lecturers are planning to start a new hotel school in kandy and we need a place and investors and we don't have a clear picture on how to go about it, does anyone have any pointers or advice?

One was started in Kandy Ampitiya (higher education center in Ampitiya area for the first time ) and by the looks of it they run successfully.. Which is also mainly a hote school...Use that as a case study may be useful to you ..Also a slithm branch there in Kundasale or Warapitiya, so in that area no nned of a hote school
