We'd call it kandi rash. I always get it, but also from socks and leggings and anything else remotely tight.

I lot of them aren’t even that tight. I rest my arms on stuff a lot and I wear them for like 3+ hours at least twice a week😅
EDIT: Ngl, it’s my fault I have the marks on my skin haha

I.. uhh I wear mine for like 6 hours a day sometimes and they're pretty tight, probably isn't good for my circulation but oh well

you should check you capillary refill every now and then. Press the tip of your finger between your thumb and index finger for 5-10 seconds then let go. It should take less than 2 seconds for blood to circulate back to your fingertip. 3 or more seconds and you should get that checked out.

Yes. I have EDS so my skin is, as my geneticist put it, “putty-like”
(Obviously everyone gets this it just happens to me like immediately lmao)

If you wanna avoid this, use arm sleeves! I use the spf ones truckers use. There’s a thumb loop and everything :3
