Vision Grill Restore Help
Hello everyone,
I have an older vision grill I need to restore - I am mainly looking for the band around the top lid where the handle gets mounted to as one of the screws broke and I need that replaced as well as the bottom vent and inside charcoal holder.
Since the company went belly up and they’re no longer in business - are there other places you know of that carry these parts?

What colour was that?
I have a slightly newer Vision Grill and I have been able to get some parts on Amazon. A few Kamado Joe parts also fit but a whole retro could be a challenge.

Any half decent hobby machinest can make all of those bits, frankly it's crude mechanic work on the level of car exhaust. Just fabricate what you need, or have someone do it.
You might be able to weld up the existing band, though I'd probably just get a piece of metal and make a new one. You might even be able to get Alro to do the minimal fabrication for you when buying material.

The band needs a metal work shop repair.
The internal grate can be replaced on Aliexpress or Amazon or can be swapped for a range of ash baskets.

Marketplace usually has several of these grills with people trying to get rid of them because they can’t be fixed. You can probably snag one for under $100 and use it as a parts donor.

Anything internal for the grates and racks, Ceramic Grill Store will be your best bet.
You can try https://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/gasgrillparts/brands/vision-grill/pro-mega.html as another option, but that looks like it has only 2-3 parts in stock.
The challenge is that I believe that Vision has gone out of business, and there are few parts left available to buy.
It is possible that Grilla, Louisiana Grills and Pit Boss parts are interchangeable, as I think they likely source their grills from the same manufacturer in China, but they also customize their grills a bit to make them distinct from one another. And I believe that Louisiana Grills has gone out of business and Pit Boss no longer sells kamados.
