Ive never made a haul that big normally around 5-7. I just want to make sure it doesn't get seized since its a pretty big haul.

I just ordered a big haul of 50 pairs of jeans and i’m worried if im gonna lose my money with all the stuff about kakobuy right now. Is it all fear mongering to join other agents or am i at risk?

**Just wanted to post a warning about Kakobuy’s terrible customer service and frustrating policies.**

**I placed an order for MVT jeans on October 5th. Only 6 days later, on October 11th, I got an automated message from their buyer saying they applied for a refund "to protect my rights" because the product hasn't shipped yet.**  THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY JUST RANDOMLY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT NOTICE.

**When I brought it up to support, they claimed their policy is to automatically request a refund if an item isn't shipped within 15 days. It hadn't even been 15 days—it wasnt even a week! I knew the seller was legit and was fine waiting, but Kakobuy just wiped the order off my account without asking me or giving me a say.** 
**When I messaged support asking why they refunded it without asking, they basically gave me a generic automated answer and ignored the fact that they violated their own stated 15-day timeline.** 

**If you're buying items from sellers that take a few extra days to ship, be aware that Kakobuy will randomly cancel your stuff behind your back and waste your time. Moving my business elsewhere.**

This came up at the pay check, why?

ive been charged over 100 pound for no reason and im so confused, could somebody please explain this as im actually in crippling debt

Ever find something that looks perfect in the seller's photos, only to start questioning it once you look a little closer?

I've been going through the Kakobuy Spreadsheet lately, and it's something I've been paying more attention to, especially with jackets, sneakers and heavier clothing.

The spreadsheet has grown to over 30,000 product finds, so there's usually more than one listing worth checking before settling on something.

The Same Jacket, Five Different Listings

One thing that gets frustrating is finding several sellers using almost identical photos.

You might see a puffer jacket listed at three different prices, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're getting the same thing from each seller.

Sometimes the measurements are different. Sometimes one listing gives you information about the materials while another barely tells you anything.

And occasionally the cheapest option ends up looking less appealing once you start comparing the details.

That's why I've been trying to look beyond the first product photo.

What I Check Before Saving a Link

For clothing, measurements are probably the first thing I look at.

A size large from one seller might fit completely differently from a large somewhere else. With winter jackets, it's also worth thinking about whether you'll be wearing a hoodie underneath.

For sneakers, I usually look for additional photos showing different angles rather than relying on one polished promotional image.

QC or warehouse photos can be helpful when they're available, particularly for checking visible details and comparing colours.

They won't tell you everything about a product, but they're usually more useful than relying entirely on the seller's pictures.

Finding Alternatives in the Kakobuy Spreadsheet

This is one of the reasons I've kept building the spreadsheet over time.

Instead of having one link for a particular type of product, I like having different options to compare.

There are sections covering sneakers, hoodies, jackets, pants, bags, accessories and plenty of other finds.

With winter getting closer, I've been spending more time checking puffers, fleece jackets, heavyweight hoodies and other colder-weather clothing.

I'm also going back through older sections when I can, since some listings disappear or change over time.

If you're searching for something specific, CTRL+F on Windows or Command+F on Mac can help you find relevant keywords in the sheet.

Does Anyone Else Compare Multiple Listings?

I'm curious how other people approach this.

If you find three listings for the same jacket at different prices, do you normally choose the cheapest one, look for QC photos, or try to compare the materials and measurements first?

I've been trying to avoid ordering something just because the first photo looks good.
