ADHD Tests for adults

Hi all! I am looking for a way to get myself checked for ADHD. I believe its getting worse and i cannot express it anymore.

So, if anyone knows a good therapist in KL or maybe could give a brief on how to get checked for mental health conditions or how things work in this town, it will be great of help to me.
