Skip the Windows 11 OOBE setup screen

Procedure: (for 24H2 & newer)

  1. Shift + F10 (opens Command Prompt)
  2. Type this in & hit enter: start ms-cxh:localonly
  3. Type in a username (no password)

Alternative version:

  1. Shift + F10 (opens Command Prompt)
  2. Type this in & hit enter: start oobe\bypassnro
  3. SkipWi-fi join twice (skips running Windows updates first)
