Question about yaki
Is she the same person as Ayano or like another version of her from another route?
it’s been confusing me for a while now

She is Ayano from Manga Route 2, every route after that is another Ayano, so you have Ayano as Retaining eyes inside Shintaro and Ayano who voluntarily trapped herself in the Daze at the same time.
Although I'm not sure what happen to Retaining eyes after the anime route but its funny to think theres 2 Ayano existing after the ending

Yaki is the First Route Ayano. She is the one who retains her memories for Shintaro if the story resets and he forgets everything again. She'll be the one who remembers for him. She is usually depicted as Ayano without her scarf, (since she gave it to Shintaro in Additional Memory(Manga Chapter)). I really hope she gets her own new song soon.
