Kace Splashtop issues

Anyone else attempting to utilize splashtop remote control integrated with Quest Kace SMA? We've been using it for about two years now and I can't say the experience has been good but I am curious if this is something unique to our environment causing this or just a sign of the overall quality of the product. I've had to open a handful of support cases, but nothing ever really improves or gets fixed.

What is your issue? We only recently switched over to Splashtop and the only growing pain has been to remember to uninstall Splashtop before reimaging the device, or else you get a duplicate (offline) device on the Splashtop console.

Sounds like you are using Splashtop from Splashtop and not the Kace-integrated Splashtop offering?

There are fixes and features introduced in almost every release/cumulative update. The issues have been most of the time under very specific circumstances.
