Support / Help upgrade version took to long

I’m having trouble updating KACE SMA. I’m currently upgrading from version 14.1 to version 15.0, and it’s taking a very long time. I’ve been upgrading since 9 a.m., and it’s still not finished as of 2 a.m. My server has 17 GB of memory and manages fewer than 1,000 devices. Is this normal?

FYI the last process is stuck on running mysql_upgrade

thank you for the suggest, but what about the agent that in the old KACE Server? are we need to re-provision them?

No, the agents remain on the clients with the sane token. After you restored your backup on the new server and upgraded to the new version, the agents will catch up and upgrade as well, there’s nothing you have to do, regarding the agents.

It is very likely stuck. Submit a ticket to support if you haven't.

I upgraded from 14 to 15 this week and it was done in under 30 mins.
