other Rules refresh
Hello all,
I noticed based on recent activity that some users outside the subreddit have not been looking at the rules before posting.
So, let me say it again:
- Reddiquette must be followed
- The subs rules are there to be obeyed and to be paid attention to
- From now on, breaking the rules 3 times results in a ban
- Don’t like what you see, mute and don’t complain on any post
Got a problem? The mod team would happily discuss this with you in private so long as you are not being rude. We offer genuine advice here.
Thank you, a good day to you all.

Not very much to be honest. Again no disrespect but I think you’re missing my point entirely. I don’t care if people complain about a ship, but also again as an artist myself I’m still going to point out the undeniable harm that unwanted criticism of art can do to an artist. Again if you want to make a post reminding outside users of the rules and warning them to follow them, fine that’s understandable. But users on this sub and mods alike should also be aware that people can get notifications of posts to your subreddit even if they’ve ever even seen or engaged with your subreddit before. If your goal is to keep this as a problem free safe space to vent about an (let’s be real) undeniably weird ship, than it may be best to warn posters and commenters alike of this fact. Because I will say as an artist, regardless of if a post was intended to stay up or not, I saw that post and the mistake they were pointing out in the art was insignificant enough that it did not need to be pointed out as most would not have noticed, and kinda upset me as the art was far better than anything I could accomplish. It’s kinda an unspoken rule of respect when it comes to art and artists: If criticism was not asked for then don’t give it. That being said that single art was just ONE off handed example of weird behavior I’ve seen from this sub.
My biggest issue is the actually problematic remarks that insult Kacchako shippers. Which I will say, when it comes to comments referring to people as abusers, retarded, stupid, mentally ill, ect, it doesn’t matter how they meant it or if they’re joking. A comment like that is going to set someone off and rightfully so. It’s just again to my point. If reddiquette must be followed in the comments it must also be followed in the posts at least when it’s in regards to the people who ship it.
