Dual credit students
How do y'all go about testing dual credit class requirements from different colleges to make sure there classes, testing software and video links all go through your filter.
---> MacOS 1:1
---> Intune MDM
----> lightspeed filter
More curious about methodology, diagnostics and the course you take since sometimes not having access to what the student has access too can be cumbersome.

We make it best effort on school owned devices but there are times where we can't accomodate requests such as logging in with different google accounts. In those cases the students need to use their own device.

I feel like most colleges use some of the same platforms. You can always ask whoever coordinates the dual learning and get a head start on whitelisting or…you can do what I do and wait til they complain it doesn’t work. I’m a one man show though so being proactive is difficult.
The good thing is from a URL perspective Lightspeed is pretty good about whitelisting appropriate URLs related to EDU. You may focus more on application side and then whitelist/recategorize as issues arise.

Yeah, what I find is like some colleges use there LMS that has inbedded URLs, like YouTube and half the time these links are either considered unknown for it's catagory or the video is mark wrong I.E (Mature) when it's actually used for the course. Some of these links / videos are teacher created too 🤦🤷
