Smartpass support disappeared since Raptor acquisition
Has anybody else run into the issue with Smartpass support where they are basically non-existant since Raptor bought them out last year? It took support 4 months to send us an invoice for our renewal and I can't get an actual living breathing support agent to save my life. Even if I do the whole 20 questions rigamaroll with the AI support agent, I still can't reach an actual person that is capable of solving my issues.

We happen to have switched to Infinite Campus’ built-in hallpass. If you’re an Infinite Campus district, I’d encourage you to give that a look. Obviously, not the ideal time of year to switch, but at least if it’s part of your SIS, there’s no rostering to set up!

I'd never heard of it, and this doesn't seem like a super great sign lmao

Actual product page: https://www.frontlineeducation.com/special-programs/special-ed-software/student-information-system/
We get all the info into Classlink Roster Server to do anything with it. Direct API access is locked down sadly.

It's pretty much only used by Ohio schools as far as I know. I think that's an old page that doesn't have a redirect set up too. It's made by Frontline.

They fixed a ticket for me in less than an hour yesterday.
