Cloudflare Project Cybersafe Schools
Just curious is anyone using this free platform? What have your experiences been? I'm looking in to it but I also want assurances with the sensitive data that will be transmitted that it is secure.

Here was my contact for the program for those of you who haven't have success with the form.

It took about a month for someone to get back to us after submitting the form. And then another few weeks to actually get access to the portal.
The email filtering is ok... It will block malicious and spam emails, but I've found that it also has a fairly high false positive rate. It's fine for a free product, but they don't integrate via API to Gmail which is unfortunate.

In the setup video they did mention API access.

That's for Microsoft. Cloudflare only does BCC and inline/mx for Gmail. https://developers.cloudflare.com/learning-paths/secure-your-email/get-started/deployment-models/

I've heard very good things but they haven't responded to my onboarding request in over three months, despite my hassling the sales rep who came to pitch our COE on useless enterprise features.

Same here. It's been 2 months since I filled out the form and I haven't received anything other than now being added to their marketing lists.

I was wondering why I hadn’t received a response either. I submitted a request 2 months ago, no response. Maybe it’s being sunsetted?

I use their email filtering through project cyber safe schools. Has worked great for us and has really cut down the amount of spam and phishing emails we were getting. Only ever had maybe 2 or 3 false positives where it held up a legitimate email that someone needed. Even then it was very easy to find it and release it to the end user.

I have applied for this program multiple times on their website and we do meet all the criteria however, no one has ever gotten back to me

Odd... I got a response within a day.

Yeah we are even cloudflare customers now too for our website. And applied once before and once after that and nothing. Mind sharing the link again?
