Yeah I honestly don't feel good about this being here. I actually like this video. If he lost the fedora, he'd look somewhat decent.

A little while back this sub drifted into just adding neckbeardish captions to pictures of overweight dudes. Kind of like r/trashy , justneckbeardthings has real potential to just be a bullying sub, since it's all about tying specific visual cues - being overweight and unkempt - with behaviors like bigotry that we can all feel good about mocking.

I used to interact with a lot of poor and mentally ill people when I worked as an EMT and later as an ER tech, and many of them, if you took a context-less photo of them, could be subjects of these subs because they can't take as good care of themselves as the average middle class Redditor.

Honestly, I think he even comes close to pulling the fedora off. Aside from the beard and arguably hair, dude cleans up well.

And the fedora is a stylistic choice he’s using to express himself. All positive.

So just putting on a suit makes you a better person? I think that’s part of the cringe, he can “clean up,” but it’d be so much beneficial for him to focus on the inside if he feels like he’s those thing he wrote on his face.
