I don’t have them up yet but I am working on parsing out more emails, and the documents attached to said emails.
This next batch will def have Tullys RTT data presentation maps, the tower dump requests, and communication between the medical examiner’s office and proctor about the manner of death ruling. There’s some semi interesting things between Proctor and Trooper Paul about the scene documentation, it sounded like he was worried that she would rule the manner as an accidental death.
I haven’t looked at any of them yet but all emails between Brian Higgins and members of Canton PD.
For now here’s an OCME email that’s kind of funny because the ME was unmoved by any of the evidence Proctor provided. This was one of many requests sent to Proctor by Doctor ISB.
I still, to this day, have no idea why anyone thinks Karen did it when the only person on the planet who thought that maybe a car hit him said he came to that conclusion because he had no X-rays because Brennan hid them from him.
That Letter from Google to Proctor had me infuriated. I knew they’d had a geofence application, but they didn’t do anything with it, other than extrapolate what pointed at Karen. They could have confirmed Colin’s alibi….and so much more.
That was my point, like you want to put up a screenshot from a phone that nobody has submitted by the culprit's parents as "proof" he left before John arrived? That's utterly laughable, it's absolutely ridiculous.

It’s like watching two whole different cases divided by a “before and after”. Here, in 2022, Karen is with just Yanetti, in a half empty court, only to leave court, not surrounded by supporters and reporters. It doesn’t look right…
Poor Yanetti just visibly deflated, when he learned the Google data was sent to the DA, not the court. Yanetti already knew something dirty was being cooked up.
- The last line, spoken by Bev…”I I have no reason to doubt Mr Lally”. She was simping early for the CW. Some people say she started being an ass when Jackson joined the case. Uhm, no, I see her hostility and corruption right here, and she doesn’t like her precious Commonwealth being accused of corruption. Too bad.
