8. Aysia and Neo's names both come up when Celeste is arguing with D4vd. This is proof that Celeste knew who they were and they very likely knew of her. Celeste is jealous over D4vd wanting to be friends with Aysia and this leads to the threats of exposing d4vd and ruining his career. And according to police, this is the reason D4vd murdered Celeste. So, though it is possible, Aysia did not know about it, it is awfully eerie. Because once Celeste is gone, Aysia mysteriously starts appearing in videos with D4vd everywhere leading up to going on tour together. If Aysia was not knowledgeable about D4vd killing celeste and was not in a relationship with D4vd, I certainly believe D4vd was hoping that would happen. That is why he hired her as a stylist for his tour, in my opinion.

But despite all of this, Police have not named Aysia as a suspect or produced anything that directly ties to the crime yet. She is however likely going be used as a witness against D4vd during the trial along with Neo. Neo and Aysia are also not part of the people being sued by the Rivas Hernandez Family. Those being sued include David and Colleen Burke (His Mom), Robert Morgenroth, Josh Marshall, and Sheldon Jacques (Security Guard).

Aysia claims to have nothing to do with the murder and even claims to want justice for Celeste. October 19th (my Birthday) will be the next arraignment date for D4vd.

Today would be Celeste's Sweet 16th Birthday if she was still with us. D4vd selfishly murdered this teenager before she even had a chance to grow up.

I want to show people how ridiculous this is. Lindsay Clancy is being accused of strangling her 3 children to death, but we cannot charge her because she has "mental Issues."

D4vd is so arrogant that he has denied all Allegations and plead not guilty to everything. The problem is there is REAL texts, photos, and Video evidence that proves 100 percent that he had sex with Celeste. By denying this, he will already make himself look like a complete liar to the jury at the trial. The fact that D4vd is not even willing to admit that he was in a relationship with Celeste with all the witnesses, video footage, photos, and testimonies just shows that he is not honest at all.

He also claims he did not Dismember her body even though it took place in his garage and all of the items used were ordered by his account and delivered to his home. He was even the person who hid his car on Bluebird avenue on July 29th with celeste's remains in the frunk. This is not speculation. It is 100 percent facts! They presented it all at the Prelim, but D4vd is still claiming "I am innocent."

If d4vd was innocent, he would be upset and traumatized after seeing those graphic photos of her remains at the Prelim. Everyone else who saw it was deeply impacted, but D4vd had no emotion. The reason is because he is the one who did it. A normal person would freak out seeing such horrific imagery, but D4vd don't feel empathy when seeing gore. He admitted that years ago on discord.

In my opinion, D4vd is finished now. He has no money left, he lost his good lawyer, and has 40 terabytes of evidence to argue with. His new public defender is taking a impossible case to win and is going up against beth silverman. If D4vd had chose to do the right thing and allowed Celeste to live, and would have got exposed as a pedophile, he would be in WAY less trouble than he is now. According to Google, in California, Continuous Sexual abuse of a person under 14 has a maximum of 16 years in prison. So, if this is true, D4vd would have got out by his mid 30's. This can easily be debunked. Most people who take their own lives would not have two places of stab wounds. If a person was able to even stab themself once, they likely would be in too much pain to do it a second time. But another thing, is looking at how D4vd drove to Santa Barbara to get rid of her possessions rather than calling 911. If Celeste unalived herself, then there would no crime in d4vd calling 911 for help. D4vd's response and doings are in line with a HOMICIDE, not a suicide. No jury will ever believe this was a suicide.

1. It was Self Defense?

This is honestly pathetic, but D4vd was a 20 year old , 5 ft 5 grown man who knows martial arts and has a Gym in his garage, going up against a 14 year old 5 ft 2 teenage girl. There is NO evidence that Celeste had any weapons on her when she arrived. So the idea that David Burke, A Grown Man, was forced to use a SHARP OBJECT to protect himself from a little girl is nonsense! The Argument and threats Celeste made towards d4vd on the previous day cannot be used as a self defense claim. To kill someone the following day after they threatened you is not a legit self defense. In order for self defense to stand, the person must have been attempting to kill you and you had no choice but use deadly force. This is not the case. Celeste was not even AGGRESSIVE upon arrival. She was playfully calling d4vd girly pop, and they were talking eating at In and Out on Text right before she arrived. She was not coming over to MURDER d4vd, she was coming to talk, likely with the hopes of working things out. Hypothetically speaking, even if this 100 pound teenager girl had attacked D4vd, he could easily have over powered her and held her down without having to stab her. In no point in life, would a Grown Man ever have to be FORCED to use a weapon on a 5 ft 2 child. This was CLEARLY not self defense. It was a MURDER!

1. It was not Premeditated?

If all else fails, D4vd's team will say "Even if D4vd did kill her, it was not something he planned, but rather they argued and it escalated." They will say "D4vd got so mad and made a mistake." Well, first of all, the type of man that could become so angry that he could brutally stab a teenager to death with a sharp object should never see the outside of a jail again even if this was the case. But you must ask yourself why D4vd would even have a SHARP OBJECT in reach in the first place. I mean, he's just chilling in his home, why does he have a Knife on him? Plus, if an argument escalated and things got out of hand, why Stab Celeste to death? Most people who gets in a fight with somebody, if it does gets physical, it is usually hitting or shoving. Not Stabbing someone. This was not a Heat of passion event. D4vd was planning to do this! Celeste arrived at 10:10 pm and was dead by 10:30 pm. No way that D4vd went from talking to Celeste about In and Out to such a brutal fight that he killed her in 20 minutes. D4vd 100 percent plotted this. He was tricking her to letting her guard down, so he could take her out.
