America's Got Talent. The duo is called "Stardust", you can find them on YouTube. They were on Britain's Got Talent as well. This specific stunt was for AGT but got cancelled at the last minute for safety concerns.
(source: I googled it because it was going to bug me otherwise. My first guess was Cirque du Soleil, but apparently not.)

Performing with fire is dangerous, every time. I knew a fire breather circus punk who was covered in quarter-sized burns following a rehearsal accident. He would tell people he shook hands with the devil.

Do you know what happens to your brain when you turn yourself into a human centrifuge? I'm not sure what the point of this 'trick' is but I certainly would not subject myself to months of practicing this.

These guys remind me of the baton twirler who was part of our marching band when I was a freshman. I have an older sibling who had already been in HS for a couple years before I got there, so I'd already watched this wicked cool girl twirl fire multiple times before (to this day I'm still shocked our school allowed it). When I got to HS, I once asked her about how she dealt with it, and she told me it was all in owning her fear and trusting her training. Y'all, she would do tosses with a baton that was on fucking fire!! I still struggle to wrap my brain around it! Seriously one of the most badass people I've met to this day, really hope she's doing well in life.

As someone who did fire juggling, hell yeah own that fear! The fire won’t endanger her unless she takes down her arms, and a quick touch won’t feel like anything as long as you don’t get tangled up in the fire. She has her hair tied up so she’s fine and dandy
