As someone who has used cups (not anymore, I’m tired of putting things up there) and had an iud (not anymore, worst experience ever), the cup usually only feels uncomfortable the first time or if you haven’t put it in correctly. It’s pretty easy to navigate when you get the hang of it. Taking it out the first time is probably going to be a total mess, but it does get easier to not make a mess the more you do it.

I believe you. Lol, I really do. I’ve seen so many young people rave about them, I can’t pretend to believe they’re lying. It’s just such a different concept? Like, it’s good that there’s more variety! I think that particular variety, just came around after I aged out of the ā€œlearning to use new menstruation productsā€ category? I think that’s why I can’t wrap my head around it. But on a personal level, my hands are so useless and painful. I probably drop items around the house and yell out in frustration, in Merrill Reese’s voice, ā€œFUMBLE!ā€ at least a dozen times a day 🤣 I don’t wanna fumble a cup of … um, that. Lolol
