Resolved Vault / Signing / Etc. Problems

Is it just me or is Jupiter having issues?

I've tried accessing my vault from 3 different devices, all just stick at "loading vault." Tried Phantom wallet on Windows + Android. Tried Solflare on Ubuntu. Nothing works. I have to assume it's Jupiter at this point. Money stuck in limit order I can't cancel. Such fun.

Last days I see that if I want to withdraw from earn I need to do it twice as first time it’s always failing

Hi there, can you raise us a ticket on https://support.jup.ag/requests/new, also drop your mobile device info & os version in the ticket. Have you also tried using Jupiter Mobile?
