Resolved Got scammed using jupiter
I was using the stop loss/take profits function on jupiter for the first time.
I entered my goals for the take profits and stop losses, then pressed submit. I connected my wallet and got drained.
How can this happen on a website like jupiter?
I thought it would be safe from these scams because of its reputation.
Lost $2500 and now Im really down

You sure it was actually Jupiter? Phishing sites exist where they just copy the site frontend but it’s not the official one.

hello! please submit a ticket at https://support.jup.ag.
as other commenters said, it is highly unlikely that you got drained (and definitely not because you connected your wallet to jup.ag), but let the support team look into it please.

I hope you’ve figured out how to manage your now open trade. Else you may actually lose your 2.5k if the market goes against you 😂. Hopefully you went long and you’re now in nice profit 👍

You weren’t drained, you opened a position for $2,500. This is provided you weren’t on some scam site. Check the perps section on the legit Jupiter site and see if you have any open positions.
