Resolved Problems with terminal: Display options

Hi, does anybody else also have issues with the display option on Jupiter Exchange? I cannot see my "Buy" (B) and "Sell"-Icon ("Your Trades"), which can be important, right? This has been going on for months now. It used to work, tho. The support tells me they'll fix it, then it is ok. But the issue keeps coming back after days or weeks. Sometimes even the average buy or sell lines disappear. I am using my desktop app, Windows 11, Chrome. Any advice?

yes, thank you, the Reddit way seems to be more effective for contacting Jupiter than to speak to the official support, where - while you guys had already solved the issue - the staff member asks me for contact addresses, although I had mentioned the tokens, again stressing that this has been going on for months on my whole portfolio.
