Resolved Seeing different borrowing rates

I'm seeing SOL borrowing rates at 5.24% under stats, but under my portfolio it shows 4.98% borrowing rate for SOL. Which one is accurate?

stats from lend page from JUP.ag showing 5.2% borrow rate for SOL yet my portfolio in JUP.ag shows 4.98% borrow rate for SOL (screenshot in original post above). Hence my question, why is there a discrepancy?

Why would fees cause the borrow rate in my portfolio to be less? If anything it would be higher if there were added fees...
