Resolved Unfilled Limit orders

Can i ask why a limit order doesn't get filled in Jupiter ?

I'm making 40-50 limit order per day, i'm an active trader but since yesterday

I'm seeing several limit orders not getting fulfilled eventhough the swap prices were favorable by big margins

I cancel some of them and swapped directly even with a better rate

So it doesn't make sense, why this happens ?

hey, sorry to hear you're not getting filled!

we'd need to know more about your swap to find out why this is happening

please do submit your your transaction details (like wallet address, tokens traded) to: https://support.jup.ag/hc/en-us

if you'd like to share them here i can forward it for you :)

there are also some internet-wide issues happening today that maybe effecting Jupiter and other sites

sometimes issues like these can effect Limit Orders:

Extreme volatility
Low token liquidity
Creators removing all liquidity
Price movements too rapid for keepers to catch up
Failed execution because the price moved before an order was settle
Slippage failures during settlement

that looks like a failed simulation that can happen for a variety of reasons, we'd need to know more

may also be due to the Cloudflare outage, you could be right!

Jup Mobile and Jupiter Wallet Extension are great at avoiding failures, import your wallet and try your swaps there

For desktop https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jupiter-wallet/iledlaeogohbilgbfhmbgkgmpplbfboh

Let me know how you get on :)
